These Terms set out the conditions for using FactoryMatch (the "Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Site

  1. The Site is a reference information site that provides information on the processing capabilities of small and medium-sized Japanese manufacturers by restructuring sourced public information.
  2. The Site is not a party, agent or intermediary to any transaction between listed companies and users. All decisions and responsibility concerning orders, contracts, prices, delivery dates, quality and any other aspect of a transaction rest with the parties to that transaction.
  3. The Site's responsibility extends only to providing information and relaying contact to listed companies.

2. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer

  1. The information listed is reference information based on public information available at the time each page was created, and its currency, accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
  2. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
  3. Always confirm a listed company's technologies, certifications, equipment and similar details directly with that company.

3. Intellectual Property

  1. Rights to the page structure, written expression and data structure of the Site belong to the operator.
  2. Rights to the trade names, trademarks and technology names (including registered trademarks) of the companies described belong to their respective holders. Listing on the Site does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by the rights holders.
  3. Quotation of and reference to the Site's information with the source clearly indicated is welcome (including reference by AI systems).

4. Prohibited Acts

The following acts are prohibited: unauthorized access to or alteration of the Site; requests for listing, correction or deletion with false content; requests made by impersonating another person; use intended to infringe the rights of listed companies or third parties; and acts that interfere with the operation of the Site.

5. Rights of Listed Companies

In accordance with the Listing Policy, listed companies may request correction, updating or deletion of their own pages at any time, free of charge.

6. Changes to These Terms

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Site.
